When our 2 grandsons Ely and Gabriel were diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, we felt helpless as we witnessed their parents navigate through so many questions, research, search for help, and so many other things on top of the emotional strain. As we went through the journey as a family, we got exposed to the fact that there’s a huge and growing community of kids with differing abilities and that the struggles are real, one of which is having a place for these kiddos to play and learn freely in a safe and nurturing environment.
We envision “We Rock The Spectrum Kid’s Gym for All Kids – Brampton” as a place that both typical and atypical kids would be excited to go to on a regular basis, be it for fun play, celebrations, physical activity, creative programs and even swimming lessons!! We’re also excited to see it as a hub for parents, caregivers and other resources. We believe that the community will benefit from the Gym and that is one positive thing that makes up happy given our circumstances. Let’s Rock the Spectrum!!!
